  • Level 1 Aerial Silks

    Level 1 Aerial Silks Foundations

    Curious about the aerial discipline? We will teach you from the ground up. Level 1 Silks Foundations is the perfect place to learn the aerial language, build strength, and gain balance. All in a safe and structured environment that was built for the Sacramento circus community.

    Level 1 Hammock

    Level 1 Hammock is another great place to explore your creative side, challenge your mind, and build strength. In this beginner class you’ll learn foundational skills, safety, and basic wraps in the comfort of our aerial hammocks.

    Level 1 Lyra

    This Level 1 class is about building strength, balance, and technique for ages 14+*. This class is meant to cater to those new to Lyra, or aerial. We can show you the basics of getting in and out of the hoop, how to get from the low bar to the top bar and vice versa - as well as learn tricks and flows that can be modified for all strength and skill levels.

    Limit 2 students per lyra.

  • Aerial Conditioning & Flexibility

    Are you looking to build more endurance and strength for aerial? Do you want to be "circus strong"? Do you have flexibility goals you'd like to unlock?

    This All Levels class is just right for you.

    This class will feature rotating instructors with varied circus and fitness backgrounds in order to give you a well rounded experience. We will give you tools, and tips that you can take home, and guidance to help you succeed.

  • Intro to Silks & Lyra

    Curious about aerial? This is the intro class for you. For NEW students, or students with less than 5 classes, and ages 14+. 75minutes to get to know silks AND Lyra at an introductory rate. No Experience required. Yoga type apparel recommended. Register in advance because this class sells out! Please be sure to fill out all the waivers prior to arrival.

    Open Aerial Gyms & Open Silks

    Do you know your stuff and need a climate controlled environment to train?

    Staff will be present to ensure students warm up properly and practice safely. This is a self-guided opportunity to train, so train like the professional you are and have a plan.

    Includes all apparatus except chains. If you’d like to bring your own apparatus, send us a note!

  • Level 1.5 Silks Progressions

    Level 1.5 Silks Progressions

    This class is for our students who are in between skill levels. Once you’ve gained the strength, safety, and knowledge of Level 1, you can join us for this segway class to Level 2. Here we will help you learn more involved movements, gain strength for inverts, and learn poses in the air.

  • Level 2 Tissu Transitions

    This silks class is for you if you’ve got your inverts, catchers wraps, and hip key in the air, but you’re not quite ready for complex drops and choreography. Join us for this intermediate/advanced class that will help you bridge the gap between Level 1.5, Flow, and Advanced Faric Play. Pre-Req’s include basic and dancers footlocks in the air, inverts aloft, hip key in the air, and a good understanding of fabric theory.

    Aerial Flow

    Usually on Saturdays at 10:30am, our Flow classes are a great opportunity to practice what you've learned and string poses and sequences together. Here we give you the time to put it all together in a "Flow" so you can practice your musicality, learn choreography, and work on drops

    Aerial Rope

    Join Patty and venture into the world of Aerial Rope! Also known as cordelisse, these movements can be translated to partner acts on Spanish Web. The sky is indeed the limit!

    Pre-reqs: climb x 3, and invert from the ground to start. Form fitting yoga type apparel required. No spray rosin permitted for this apparatus.

  • Mixed Level Hammock

    If you are new to aerial arts, or dipping your toes in silk theory our Mixed Level Hammock class is a great opportunity to expand your aerial horizons. This class will help you condition, cross train, and learn a new way to express yourself in the air. Beginners are welcome! Experienced Hammock enthusiasts will still be challenged.

    This is one of our rotating classes and spots are limited, so sign up in advance!

  • Mixed Level Lyra

    This Mixed Level class is about building strength, balance, and technique for ages 14+*. This class is meant to cater to all levels and explore the gaps between. We can show you the basics of getting in and out of the hoop, how to get from the low bar to the top bar and vice versa - as well as learn tricks and flows that can be modified for all strength and skill levels. 2 students per lyra.

    Acro in Lines

    Draven has created this session to practice your skills in safety lines. Expect foot to hand, hand to hand, and more; covering everything from intro skills to dynamics. While a primary partner isn't necessary, booking with someone else to train is requested. Don't worry, drills will be adjusted to skill level of partners. Come train in a space full of like-minded friends with one goal in mind: improve stability, strength, and endurance.

  • Lyra Level 2

    Continue developing skills and sequencing tricks. This class is for those who have 6+ months of aerial experience, are comfortable getting in and out of the hoop, basic knowledge to go from top of hoop to bottom and are progressing towards inverting in the air if skill is not yet obtained.

  • Private studio behind those doors

    Rent the Aviary

    Hourly rental for our private aerial studio, The Aviary. If you'd like to book for more than 2 people, please email so that payment can be arranged. Perfect for aerial, photoshoots, yoga, or contortion training. Studio includes 1 aerial point, climate controlled environment, yoga mats, stretch loops, bluetooth speaker, and various size mats. Let us know in the notes if you have any requests. The hosting instructor will assist with rigging.
