Welcome to The Phoenix Loft

(all costumes must adhere to no jewelry/zippers rules)

We are providing a safe/indoor & climate controlled space to play, create, and try new things within aerial arts, flow arts, movement, and performance.

Whether you want to try new apparatus or flow tool, build and try out choreography in front of a test audience, or just hang out with friends and move- you can do so at the Playground!
📸 Photographers want to practice capturing movement? You’re welcome too! (Consent for photographs must be granted by participant)

🎟️ $10 suggested donation 🙏🏼 but no one turned away for lack of funds*

Rules:
🤝 Respect towards other people, apparatuses, flow tools, and the space
🙌 Explicit consent is mandatory for any physical touch or assistance, and photos
🚫 No shoes
🚫 Absolutely No jewelry

First time in the space? A Waiver will need to be signed upon arrival.

*Phoenix Loft Playground staff reserves the right to refuse admission or remove individuals who break rules or otherwise exhibit unsafe or unwelcomed behaviors.

Sherman Yu is a pole and aerial artist based in San Francisco, CA. He started his pole journey in 2020 and his passion for pole eventually led him to discover Flying Pole and Chinese Pole. He was awarded 1st in Professional Art at Pole Theatre USA in 2026 and placed 3rd in Men's Professional Championship at PSO U.S. Nationals in 2025. He has also performed in various shows such as the Vertical.Show produced by Pink Puma, Enchanté by AMC, and AIA Carnival in Hong Kong.
